You have 7 days to return the goods in their original packaging, if you do not like them.

Upon receipt of the goods, the amount will be refunded to you provided that the goods are in good condition, otherwise the refund will not be made.

If the bracelet is too small or too large, we will replace it for you free of charge.

To do this, you will need to take the measurement of your wrist with a centimeter and send us the measurement.

It is also possible to return a model that you do not like and request another model with an equivalent price as long as the returned merchandise is in good condition.

I want a replacement

On request you can have a bracelet that you purchased at Soul Art Creation or elsewhere modified.

To do this, you must take your wrist measurement and communicate it to us.

The price of the modification is 20.- per bracelet and delivery costs must be added.

Change request

We offer a repair included with the purchase of your bracelet.

After the first repair, we offer you the possibility of having it repaired for an amount of 10.- as long as you have all the pearls.

If it is necessary to add beads, the repair will cost 20.- 

Delivery costs will be invoiced from the 2nd repair.

If you want to have a bracelet repaired that was not purchased from Soul Art Creation, it will cost you 20.- and you must add the delivery costs
